What Are Promo Banners?
Promo Banners enable dealerships to add eye-catching promotional graphics to their vehicle listings. Whether it’s a seasonal sale, limited-time offer, or dealership event, Promo Banners help draw shoppers’ attention exactly where it matters most.
How Promo Banners Work
Using Promo Banners is as easy as 1-2-3:
- Create Your Banner:
– Open the Promo Banners tab in Autoport®.
– Choose a default banner or upload your design (1536×1024 frame recommended).
– Adjust your banner placement and add custom text by clicking and dragging the elements.
– Upload custom fonts or choose from the system’s extensive font and color library.
– Customize colors, including gradient options, by selecting up to three colors. - Select and Schedule:
– Select your template.
– Choose the vehicle to apply your promo banner to – you can filter vehicles by NEW/USED, Make, Model, Year, or even by specific VIN.
– Set your start and end dates so banners display exactly when you need them. They’ll automatically turn off at midnight Pacific Time on the date you select. - Apply and Launch:
– You can apply banners to the first photo, all photos, or selected photos using the composition menu.
– Confirm that the correct VIN is chosen and apply.
