What Photo Reports Are (and Why They Matter)

Photo Reports give dealerships and auto groups a consistent view into photo coverage, inventory readiness, and time-to-market. Each report is designed to answer a specific question— from “What needs photos right now?” to “Where are we falling behind?”

All reports can be delivered at the dealership level or compiled into a group-level report that rolls multiple rooftops into one view.

6:00 AM Photo Report

The 6:00 AM Photo Report is your starting point for the day. It provides a high-level snapshot of photo coverage and inventory status before daily operations begin.

What’s included

  • Photo coverage for new, pre-owned, and total inventory
  • Units with and without photos
  • Average Time-to-Market
  • Inventory Turn
  • Vehicles still needing photos

Inventory Turn adds important context by showing how quickly vehicles are moving. When paired with photo coverage, it helps identify whether merchandising gaps may be slowing performance.
